RETURNS POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can get in touch with us at returns@zagaraceramics.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not accept exchange of items, please return your package and then simply purchase your preferred item afterwards.
Damages and Issues
Due to the nature of our products, we try our upmost to ensure our items are securely packaged and handled carefully. However please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, with image attachments, at info@zagaraceramics.com if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our items, each product is different. This means that we do not accept refunds based on differences within the same design, as variety is the beauty of handmade art! We also provide approximate measurements for our products, therefore this may slightly vary from item to item. Furthermore, each item has been hand-glazed and baked meaning there may be air pinholes or slight defects within the consistency of the glazing. We vet each product to ensure that the overall look of the piece is maintained to a high quality.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
